Descripción
The stop sign leaving the 7-11 parking lot has fallen down and cars are failing to yield to the traffic. This is right next to Kindercare Daycare Center so many cars driving in this area have children in them.
There is also a large pot hole on the same road which causes cars to have to drive on the opposite side of the road to avoid it. This creates an additional hazard for cars turning onto the road.

The pothole & broken STOP sign create serious danger for parents & children! IWANT IT FIXED!
Drivers leaving 7-11 DO NOT stop, they just drive! In addition to that there is this ugly pothole. Yesterday I had to take my car to dealership to fix mechanical problem caused by this pothole! Where my taxes go, if our roads in such poor condition?! And to make it worse, there is an ER right next to KLC! Anybody worry about patients wellbeing?!

Montgomery County has responded that the pot hole and stop sign are not on County property. It seems as though this issue might need to be fixed by the 7-11 store at 19786 Crystal Rock Drive, Germantown, MD 20874.
I have put in a request through 7-11's Corporate office and will provide updates.
