Within the last two (2) months an African American male, dark complexion, about 6'1" in height has broken into an ABANDONED VEHICLE located directly in front of 17 Rodgers Street and is now living in the vehicle. This man looks like he is on drugs and has been littering on the street in front of the homes and the park across the street. There is sometimes a small gathering of other men occasionally at this vehicle as well with the man. We have had multiple residents call in and report this man within the last 3 weeks as well. Vehicle information is as follows: Silver BMW 745i/4-door vehicle/CA License Plate #6WOH027 expired February 2017
