Have asked the Health Department to help enforce the codes. Lots of people use that dumpster illegally, not to mention some nearby businesses. The owner has quite literally spent thousands of dollars emptying the dumpster. The owner of the property is the victim in this case. She has always been compliant when the City has asked her to empty the dumpster. But it is filled again overnight. The Health Department and LCI are working with the owner to come up with a permanent solution. Will keep you posted.

Visited location at 11:30 a.m. today, 1/10/2018. Dumpster was emptied.
