I am very tired of cars double parking on the street of 38th Avenue between Foothill Blvd and International Blvd. People are double parking in the middle of the street everyday and will not move. They just sat there and wait for passengers to get in or out of the car. Sometimes both directions of the street are blocks and we cannot even get through. This happening in the morning and evening hours where everyone is trying to get to someone. They just parked there cars with emergency light on and will not move. These people need to be cited and issued parking ticket for double parking.
