BOTH SIDE SIDEWALKS ARE BLOCKED PARKED CARS AND HOMELESS PEOPLE.
THAT MAKES PEDESTRIANS TO HAVE TO WALK ON THIS NARROW STREET THAT IS ALREADY CONGESTED WITH CARS AND TOW TRUCKS DOUBLE PARKED. THAT IS VERY UNSAFE.
SIDEWALKS ARE FILLED WITH TRASH AND ON SAFE.
