Not only is the house always in this state, neighbor to the left reminded me that it has been going on for more than 5 years. I have seen it in this state or similar state for almost 3 years. Silver tape around windows exposed.

As you can see neighbor in the left keeps a very nice yard. 918 Drane is in my direct view from a window and I am really tired of seeing it everyday. Workers have shown up off and on for three years but the front gets no new progress after this gray sheathing was installed.

The front a/c units have no lattice or surrounding plants to hide it from the cul-de-sac view. It is what anyone sees should they turn down Drane Street or drive by Shelterwood & Drane. Currently there is an empty double lot on Shelterwood & Queenswood corner. Who knows if this eyesore is preventing someone from buying and building?? Are A/C units aloud to be at the front? Please help!
