Transportation Services has a maintenance program for the opening and clearing of Catch Basins. We will check this location and open the Catch Basin as required. Thank you
It's not the catch basin, it's the asphalt road that has sunken down. It's not allowing water to flow correctly. It collects in front of someone's driveway and splashes heavily up onto their property causing ice build up. Vehicles are swerving to go around it as it concave inwards quite heavily.
