This is actually a traffic signal problem as opposed to a street light. Filed as a street light, it goes to the Engineering Dept as opposed to the Traffic Dept.
That being said, I forwarded this onto Transportation Traffic and Parking. As this is a new signal, there are some kinks being worked out and it is being actively worked on. Please direct any further questions to the Transportation Traffic and Parking Dept.
