The graffiti on the back of the building owned by the Oakland Museum is horrible and has been that way for a long time. I have records of my complaints on this going back at least a year and I believe longer. I am not the only one who has been asking the city to enforce the rules it requires other property owners to live by.

It may be time to start organizing a campaign to take the city to Small Claims court for bringing our property values down by their lack of maintenance.It sucks that the city is forcing us to push them to take action.
