Thanks for your feedback. The location you indicate is private property. Are you the proprietor? Is there a standing no-trespassing or loitering posted?
Unless either of those conditions is met then there isn't anything that the police or city could take action on as its within daytime hours for the noise ordinance and smoking marijuana is now legal anywhere that smoking is legal.
We will flag the concern for the local neighborhood specialist and Police District Manager so they are aware and can have a conversation with the business.
