Descripción

The road is constantly wet and is coming from near the address mailbox. I believe the water is running underground on the road right of way from the service line going across the street. The ground is very damp on the north side of the driveway. They have looked at the south side of the driveway but the water seems to be going under the driveway since there are two wet spots on the seam between the driveway and street. They have been out to look at it but they do not seem to have the water service line marked where it goes across the road. They show it as being in the middle of the driveway but the meter is on the North side. They say they think it is ground water. However, I have lived on the street for 60 years and there has never been water there before so I do not believe it is ground water. They say it had no chlorine in it but if it is running through clay, it could be filtered out.
