Totally agree with “Neighbor “. Many times I’ve seen those same parks department trucks drive by a pile of trash and easily could stop to collect. There’s no excuse acceptable!

To be fair, this happened overnight Friday into Saturday snd was only visible at dawn’s early light. Parks has been responsive to SCF requests.
