Agree, I have seen the individual who lives in the tent going in and out many times this week. There are now three shopping carts filled to the brim. The chain link fence that has been cut open needs to be repaired so no one can get into the area.

There are now 2 tents with.people living in them in this area, which is adjacent to Dover Park where families gather. Please provide outreach and repair the fence.
