Cars drive at excessive speeds down Everit Street somewhat frequently. This has always been a concern- most especially at the beginning and end of the school day when kids are on the street and trying to navigate double-parked cars. The incidence of speeding vehicles has increased over the past months, however; presumably as more speed bumps appear on the roads around Everit. I strongly encourage the city to consider a way to reduce traffic speeds on Everit near the school.
