Reopened issue 16061920 about the abandoned truck but reposted since no city of Raleigh acknowledgment. RPD Sgt. Min. was helpful but the owner removed it briefly. The truck with expired tags is back in the same spot, even has the orange RPD sticker on it.

RPD spoke to the owner of the vehicle. The owner was educated with the city ordinance regarding storing a vehicle on city street. Please understand that the vehicle needs to be parked at one location for longer than 7 days for it to be considered storing. The owner is well aware of this ordinance and will move so that he is not violating the ordinance.
Sec. 11-2182. - CONTROLLED PARKING RESIDENTIAL AREA.
