Just one block away from this intersection is another *very* dangerous intersection at Winthrop Avenue. Currently controlled only by STOP signs, last year, the City installed a whole new set of lights that have never been activated. City blames UI for delay, ;-)
Mayor Elicker should call UI President Reynolds and demand action —which is probably what DeStefano would have done months ago.
