Caller is reporting a vehicle that has been abandoned on a community parking lot that is reserved for the tenants. Appears that someone came to do mechanical work on the vehicle and never came back to finish. Dealer plate has an expiration of 07-20-23 and the paper temporary plate has an expiration of 08-18-2023 both are Arizona plates.
