This spot (East side of Irwin St) is no parking from 2 to 6 pm (or similar) At 4:10 pm, a silver BMW is parked and blocking travel lane during afternoon rush hour (causing vehicles to change lane to pass thus vehicle)
Please tow or ticket the vehicle so it won't happen again
