Garbage and unwanted items dumped in the ditch on 201 Winchester Ave. I firsthand witnessed someone throwing their garbage into the pit. The property owner needs to be contacted ASAP to have the property cleaned and enforce no dumping. Sign stating "no dumping" should be posted.
Also, risks a safety risk as someone can wander/fall in. This photo is outdated and there are no traffic cones at the moment.
