Homeless encampment with tents and tarps has been set up in the back side of McClain Park along the tree line. Occupied during the day & evening with lots of people while youth are playing. Some occupants are using drugs - you can smell the weed & crack and see some using & lighting up. Needs IMMEDIATE attention!
