It has been over 2 weeks now and the sofa is still there. People are now dumping animal waste and other refuse on/next to the sofa. The area is becoming a dumping zone.

Is the City of Richmond going to remove this eyesore...it's been 3 weeks since issue reported.

Refuse still in public right of way.

This ticket is closed in the City's Work Order system.
