In accordance to CVMC 19.58.330
A. It is unlawful to use a camping trailer, motorhome, camper, or travel trailer for living or sleeping purposes except when parked within a licensed recreational vehicle park or mobilehome park, as provided elsewhere in this title, or when used on a temporary basis not to exceed a period of seven days by guests or visitors of residents of the City and said vehicle is parked upon the property of the resident.
This motorhome has been parked on the street since June 28th, making today the 13th day it has not moved and someone is living in the vehicle.
Not only is it unlawful, it is a serious safety concern for cars trying to back out of their driveway as the vehicle takes up a large portion of the road. Block visibility from other vehicle, and pedestrians.
Shame on the city for allowing this to happen. Hopefully someone is not hurt due to your negligence.

How sad is it that over two weeks, with constant concern the city is still ignoring this situation. Yes the tires are chalked but you still are waiting allowing this vehicle to severely block visibility. Allowing people to live in it.
The city is lucky no one has been hurt.
