Its called noise......Extremely loud music from around 7:00 pm saturday night 5/13/2023 to well after midnight. group of people on the sidewalk drinking alcohol and playing loud music. hard to understand for over 5 hours that any New haven PD on patrol would allow this to continue. Loud music also playing from the corner of Lloyd and Exchange St. as well as in front of 233 Blatchley Ave. Being exposed to this extremly Loud music is indeed a Health concern. Let's go New Haven, its time to cracked down on this.
