At 3459 Shawnee Trail there is a pine tree and over grown vegetative growth along the right of way. The tree needs to be removed as it is less than one foot from the back of the curb, it is on the right of way, and it obstructs sight lines around the curve. The vegetative growth also needs to be removed as it inhibits sight lines around the curve, and it encroaches on the street. There is plant waste filling the curb and encroaching onto the roadway. This presents a hazard to pedestrians walking on that side of the street as they are not visible to oncoming traffic. The vegetative overgrowth and reduced sight lines also cause traffic to encroach on the opposite side of the roadway, presenting risk of a collision.
