The 230 Grand Avenue property owner and management firm did receive a Notice of Violation from me last week. They have often removed graffiti in the past and I expect them to remove the latest tag by the end of next week. New Haven's Police Department Graffiti Detective and I will be in Fair Haven all day Wednesday to determine how much of the graffiti is actually gang graffiti.

This issue has been resolved. Graffiti is a city-wide problem, but the owners of this property are committed to painting over it every time it shows up.
