Thank you for reporting the graffiti issue in Fair Haven. You are correct the situation has gotten worse. However, please rest assured that Notices of Violations are being prepared for the owners with graffiti on their buildings. Several have been sent out already. Our intention at LCI is to aggressively deal with this problem by holding the individual property owners responsible for abating the nuisance on their property. We realize graffiti continues to be an ongoing issue city-wide. Therefore, we will continue to address it.
