This vehicle is not only parked in a NO STANDING ZONE but it intentionally drove forward, backed up, and then drove over the last remaining post (last of 5) that was put in place by TT&P to keep people from parking at the corner. This vehicle and the one on the other corner need to be ticketed. This is a regular occurrence.
