  The ad listing the location for rent is no longer active and no properties on the site appear to match this location. If the vehicles are not being parked on-site in exchange for money, the owner may allow any person of their choosing to park on their property provided the vehicles are kept in an operable condition. A site inspection could be performed in order to obtain vehicle information and a request can be made to PD to check vehicle records of ownership.

  Ok understood, I would imagine the two cars that are still there are ones that will be there until their rental agreement timeline expires. So at this point we should be good because he took his add down so we shouldn't see any new cars after these existing ones are gone but I will let you know.

  Per advisement from the property owner, the vehicle present in this driveway is owned by a family friend, is OK to be present, and no money is changing hands. This isn't a violation of our regulations.
