I believe this location could really use a "DO NOT BLOCK INTERSECTION" sign. Every day during the 5 PM rush hour, cars back up at the Millbrook light and block this road. The cars trying to turn left into it have to sit in the turn lane and sometimes back up far enough that they cause near misses in the Northbound lanes.
