Greetings! Was out for a run yesterday and noticed a mini-van parked across from the N&O that has been there a LONG time, evidenced by the numerous tickets and half-flat tires. According to the sticker it is scheduled to be towed on 14 July, but shouldn't there be a procedure/law to get vehicles towed more quickly in metered spaces? Not only is it an eyesore, but it's keeping the city from making money on that parking space! :) Thanks!
