This is an every day occurrence that then City knows about through numerous emails and through councilman Kalb, but can't seem to figure out. We have been complaining for YEARS! I suggest a garbage truck once a day or move the cars and RV on the street that put it there.
I don't know that it is a CalTrans issue as the land is not technically under an overpass, although maybe it is.

While I have your attention though, can you please do something about the homeless tents and trash around the lake, particularly on the North end and near Glen Echo creek?
We are all counting on you and watching closely to see how you get the city to enforce its homeless policy. We need to see enforcement!
