why does the city condone drinking in the park ,lights and games still on past 10:30 pm,it does not appear zoning laws apply to the city property for quality of life issues.

Isnt stealing illegal Larry?? Why did it take Beth Vumbaco 4 times (that we know about) getting caught stealing for her job to be terminated? Wait, let me rephrase, RETIRED??
Go talk about issues that matter, like that. Not about adults consuming a beverage after hours from work.
