There are two HUGE overgrown bushes that were planted by the homeowner a few years ago. They have taken over the entire sidewalk. We can not park by the bushes and get out of our car from passenger side. There is also a lot of suspcious activity around out neighborhood lately and I have seen people hide behind these bushes and then proceed to look into cars at night. I have talked to the homeowner about cutting down these FAST growing bushes, but there are still there.

There is a large, very overgrown tree whose branches extend and hang perilously all the way across the street as well as into the driveway of the neighboring building.

There's a NO PARKING sign that's been vandalized with spray paint tagging to the point where it's unable to be read, yet they are still issuing parking tickets for $73 based on an obscured sign.

Old abandoned pool supply store is completely covered in graffiti. Please do something about this eyesore.
