No one in any neighborhood should tolerate ice cream truck noise. In the city of Los Angeles there is municipal code against it. You are guaranteed quiet enjoyment of your home whether you rent or own. Don't let these people devalue your neighborhood and make it undesirable to live there. You have the power to stop it.

This neighbor has mountains of trash and clothes and garbage. Constantly feeds birds. Throws food on the street and sidewalk. I have seen possums, skunks, rats run in and out of the garbage pile.

Blocked Storm drain. Drain has been blocked since 2005. At least half a dozen call, letters and submittals to My311 have been made without result.

My neighbor directly across the street has overgrown dry weeds all throughout their front yard.It is a HUGE eye sore and could impact areas home values.

Construction is taking over our paking in Koreatown leaving there tracks and wood.

There is a loose manhole cover in the middle of the road on south Kingsley drive. The issue started around 10 days ago and has got progressively worse.
Every time a car drives over the cover it makes a loud clanging sound disturbing the peace, particularly at night.
Please have something done to fix this issue asap so rsidnte can enjoy the peace.
