Visual ObstructionKinilalaClark Ave Raleigh, NC, 27607, USA - WadeTrees in the median have low-growing branches that impair crosswalk safety. Eastbound drivers cannot see southbound pedestrians and vice versa. I have had near-misses as both a driver and as a pedestrian. Trimming low branches, especially of the juniper, would dramatically improve the safety of this crossing.

Visual ObstructionKinilala3832 Colby Dr Raleigh, NC 27609, USA - Falls Of NeuseOvergrowth of trees and vines are going into the road, creating a visual obstruction coming around the turn. There are no sidewalks, forcing pedestrians to walk far into the road with oncoming traffic.

Visual ObstructionKinilala525 East Jones Street Raleigh, NC, 27601, USA - North CentralTall flowers at the corner. There is a stop sign on elm, but not on Jones. It is hard to see around the flowers to see if a car is coming. Once you pull out enough to see, it is easy to get by a car that doesn't have a stop sign

Visual ObstructionKinilalaParkridge Ln & Washington St Raleigh, NC, 27605, USA - Five PointsWhen driving and exiting Parkridge Lane on its north end, turning left onto Washington Street, the view to the right is obstructed by parked cars near the curb in front of a row of townhomes (and no sign prohibiting parking in that spot). Cars routinely park there, and it’s especially dangerous to exit left when there is significant traffic in the morning during Raleigh Charter High School drop off.

Visual ObstructionKinilala4900 Lakemont Dr Raleigh, NC 27609, USA - Falls Of NeusePlants are growing into the road, creating both a physical and visual obstruction in a bend in the road. This hazard causes cars to have to bear towards the middle of the road and pedestrians must go into the road to walk around it.

Visual ObstructionKinilala322 Chapanoke Rd Raleigh, North Carolina, 27603 - SouthwestThere is part of a downed tree and bushes/grass that have covered and overtaken the sidewalk. Pedestrians cannot safely pass. A student at the school adjacent was bit by a bat coming out of the overgrowth in this area. It's been covered and impassable for six months. Other complaints have been submitted, but the sidewalk is still not passable. With school returning, please address so students and other pedestrians can safely utilize the sidewalk.
