The fence has been destroyed by snow and wind, leaving junk and debris visible to street and private property. Junk and debris includes: tractor tire, abandoned lumber, abandoned patio furniture, and remnants of steps to deck. In addition, patio umbrella on the upper balcony is falling off the edge.

Ash tree is dead from emerald ash bore and owner has no intent of treating it. I was told she planned to remove it 2 years ago, but now its 95% dead and my treated trees are staring to show dieback. Needs to be removed since it also is near a house (Childs room) and is also over the sidewalk with a large dead branch.

There is poison ivy growing over the sidewalk over the creek at the corner of 17th and Center. It's likely that someone will get a rash from this. Can a tech come out and spray this please?

These folks are renters and only mow their front lawn after it get super tall however, they do not mow their back yard inside or outside of the fenced area. Also, behind the fenced lawn is out of control with grass and weeds as well.

Backyard has not been mowed this year and weeds are growing over the fence for both neighbors

Last year only right of way was mowed. The rest of the property hasn’t been mowed in a few years. Nothing has been mowed this year. Can you have them mow the entire property and cut down the junk trees growing.
