Abandoned Building: Homeless people broke into abandoned building and have vandalized it, graffiti all over. They have been there for about a week now. It used to closed up until it was broken into by different people. There is also a red Honda parked in front of building with no plates on it and an expensive bike on the back of the car

This property has been issued several violations by the Midvale Park Homeowners Association HOA and they have continued to ignore them. The carport is full of construction materials, an old boat and other misc debris. The back yard is a jungle and junkyard that has not been touched in years.

La Bonita restaurant has closed There is a lot of trash and there is no fencing around the building allowing trespassing and loitering

Caller advised property is abandoned and power / water is cut off. Caller advised homeless use property to do drugs/prostitution and leave their trash behind when they leave. Caller advised there is trash strewn about the front/back yard and the location attracts more and more foot traffic.

Caller reporting people on the property of a city owned building that is currently completely boarded up due to a past fire. Caller stated that there are multiple visible no trespassing signs present as the building is condemned.

House being built north of house on corner. No posted permits noted. Very little space around both houses. Once again, Tucson Clean and Beautiful at its best. Where’s the permits? How is this legal???

Neighbors have a beehive in their back shed, or what seems like their back shed. It does not appear to be a beekeepers hive type deal. When I walk to my car, my infant and I are almost attacked on a daily basis.
