She believes this property is attracting the unhoused/trespassers have been using her porch, she is finding needles on her porch and has stated people have used her washing machine that is on her back porch.

    Reporting a nuisance property. These tenants began partying on their back patio around 2:50 am on Thursday, May 2nd. There were at least 5 people on the patio, potentially more. They played loud music and shouted consistently. All males. I overheard a neighbor ask them to take it inside and they responded in an offensive manner that they would not. They did not quiet down until 4:30 am.
