Selling multiple cars monthly. Fixing used cars in driveway then flipping cars on a weekly bases. Multiple cars parked in front of house and passing traffic by Hillcrest Ave has to avoid cars and trucks . Sidewalk in front of house is perpetually obstructed by multi cars in driveway .

Blight of 4 to 8 cars with for sale signs sold every week. Out of state cars parked in front of address on street having mechanical work done by resident.

This commercial vehicle is parking here, daily. half time it is in the driveway the other half, its on the street. HUGE flatbed commercial truck. Reported once before.

For some time now this house has been storing construction vehicles and paving equipment in their driveway which are visible from the street. In addition construction vehicles and workers come and go all day. This is zoned a residential neighborhood, I'm curious if this is allowed in Hamden.
