bums car, I have reported to the police in the past. signs window about it being broken down are not real.

Vehicle has been here since 4 days or so, has been leaking coolant, and has trash in the area (some of it I've picked up already). Some circumstantial evidence to believe it might be stolen - VIN number is partially obscured, registration expired, front end VAT area tampered with.

Vehicle has been broken down in street for multiple days. Possible owner of vehicle was living in the broken down car with a dog but has been gone for almost 24 hours. while person was with the Vehicle they would leave all the door open making is a hazard for traffic.
