    The street lights are going out in the neighborhood. All the lights on Blake off 98th as well as Dunbar. We need light ASAP. The streets were completely dark last night and I found it very unsettling and unsafe I was able to take photos but some poles, I was unable to read the numbers of all because some are worn off.
