    House and yard has been left a mess for months. Trash everywhere, tall weeds taking over and causing big issues, and property is unsecured. Have seen vagrants rummaging through property multiple times. Has been reported before.

    The bike lane on Houston Ave bridge is full of debris and silt forcing some bikes back into traffic. Some of debris is from flooding several weeks ago but other is trash being push into lanes by traffic or the main lane street sweeping.

    There is a HUGE HOMELESS ENCAMPMENT , at least 60-75 tents. Drug acticity and dealing during the day,trash everywhere, making the WHOLE neighborhood UNSAfE. Homeless aggressive and mentally disturbed people out in day time. Crime Up.
    Called police, reported it before, no response. City put up fence along railroad track to keep them out of Down Town. But now they are spilling over in FIRST WARD. Making a formerly nice neighborhood UNSAFE!
    Not acceptable.

    This site is extremely unkept, housing vagrants sleeping ovenight, rats and overgrown weeds and piles of trash, and dangerous materials, disgusting untreated portable, open to persons entering an unguarded or unprotected multi family housing construction site. Builder negligence! Site needs to addressed asap

    the sidewalks on the North Street bridge on both sides are covered in plant debris and trash making it difficult for pedestrians to use the sidewalk safely. this is continually an issue and needs to be maintained regularly.
