    There is a trapped low point within the pram ramp, thus stormwater collects to the height of the kerb and does not drain to any pit. Once the water evaporates, mud and garbage builds up making it very difficult to manouvre bikes, prams or walking assisting devices through this area most times of the year.

    There is a sharp corner where cyclists coming downhill from Rozelle on the shared path next to Victoria Rd regularly ride on the wrong side of the bike path.

    The entrance to the whites Creek path is blocked by a locked gate forcing people to walk on the dirt next to the path to access it.

    Poor sight lines for vehicles entering Lilyfield Road from side streets are causing collisions between them and cyclists descending the Lilyfield hill. The dangerous streets are Francis, Hubert and Charles and the lane ways in between.

    At least three cyclists have been hit. Cyclists are particularly hard to see at night against oncoming car headlights.

    Cyclists need to have headlights as bright as a car's to descend this hill at night with safety.

    Northbound cycle lane on Catherine Street Lilyfield has an arrow directing cyclists straight onto oncoming buses and cars from a 1 way street. There is no bicycle light to allow for a safe crossing. The green cycle lane needs to be removed until there is signal installed to allow for safe crossing. The traffic light signal arrangement requires a dedicated cyclist crossing time.

    Fine blue metal from road surface damage is being sprayed on to the footpath/cycle way by passing traffic.

    White checkered lines when wet are slippery and are located within bicycle turning areas. Have seen many cyclists hit the ground on a wet day.

    After power poles removed from middle of shared path (still too close to edge of path) and transformer removed etc on the corner, the path has been unfinished for months.

    Eastern end of Hawthorne canal bridge (shared path near AGL installation). In two locations the path has subsided, leaving dangerous holes. Needs asphalting.
