    My street and the street that intersects my street (S. Plaza Tr) floods extremely often throughout the year in a hard rain. It flooded during Hurricane Matthew it had 4-5 ft of water. After we moved back in to our home in January, it flooded again a little. The drains run slow. There are 3 - 4 storm drains in our intersection. I would like the City to come by and inspect the drains to see if there is a blockage and if there is, to please clean it out. Thank you!

    We have lived here since 1981 and the canal behind our house has been cleaned only once. It is gross; it is filled up with tree limbs, trash, dirt, leaves, etc. and probably has only a few inches of water. You sink if you attempt to step in it. It stinks during dry weather. It really needs to be dredged. It is a hazard.

    This is a path way between Windsor Forest and Sentara Way, the reflector signs are down and the road blocks to keep vehicular traffic from cutting through to get to Rosemont has been knocked down. There was a sign that stated no through traffic but it has also been knocked down.

    Roads are flooded with only heavy rains on 3/31/2017. Could not get out of my driveway for hours.
    Please send someone to check the flow of ALL of the drains along S. Plaza Trail. Y5here is obviously a blockage somewhere.

    1. Black car parked on grass. Now has West Virginia license plates, used to have New York. No valid stickers on plates. It is illegal parked on MY property at 644. It was parked there by the people living at 648. This is done repeatedly. We have told them not to park there. Even placing plants and pots to deter this activity. 2. The blue Jetta on the driveway does not run and has not moved in months.
