    Cooking grease dumped into sewer drain. Pepper Twins restaurant is the closest to the drain, but it could conceivably also be Bar Boheme. It's almost certainly not from a home kitchen, due to the amount dumped. If this should be reported to a different department, please let me know. It's really bad for our sewage infrastructure and the ecology further downstream.

    Several potholes and sink holes have formed. I rarely see anyone drive on the right lane westbound anymore, it is awful. In turn this causes traffic back up. Houston, please address Westheimer's undrivable lanes.

    There are many serious potholes in a row on the eastbound lane of Westheimer coming up on Taft. This issue has previously been incorrectly tagged as completed, and it is anything but. I invite any city worker to drive in that lane at normal roadway speeds and not think that they are damaging their car by subjecting it to such bumps. The road condition is severely out of order. Once the right lane has the same surface condition as the left lane will the issue be "resolved".

    On the verge between the road and the sidewalk at the southwest corner of Westheimer and Stanford there is water coming up with steady flow . I don't see any evidence of a private irrigation system.
