    The exit onto Middletown Rd is very dangerous and steep.
    Mercer St would be a much safer alternative and the property line borders Mercer St, and it is a very short distance, about 100 feet to connect these 2 streets.

    CDTA operates Northway express buses that run from Saratoga County to Albany they run empty on the return trips. That means Northbound is empty in the AM and Southbound is empty in the PM. Some of these empty return buses could make a stop at EITHER Rt. 32 and Tibbits Ave OR Rt. 32 and 23rd St Its easy to get to either from Waterford to pick up passengers for GLOBAL FOUNDRIES or Clifton Park malls. The return buses current pass by these two intersections.
    Current there is no way to get there new GLOBAL FOUNDRIES Plant or the malls in Saratoga county by bus. How can you get a job at Rt. 146 malls or GLOBAL FOUNDRIES without a car?

    The CDTA bus stop next to Key Bank in the Village of Waterford needs the curb area cleared of snow so individuals can gain access to boarding the bus. The curb is covered with snowbanks which prohibit access to the bus and the only way to gain access is navigating over them to reach the bus and possibly falling into oncoming traffic on Broad Street or standing on Broad Street to wait for the bus, again with oncoming traffic passing. On the rare occasions that the area has been cleared of snow, the state plows regularly plow snow from the road back onto the curb recreating the same problem. The area needs to be monitored and a solution reached so no one is injured. Standing on Broad Street with oncoming traffic passing is not a solution to boarding a bus nor is climbing over a snowbank and possibly falling onto Broad Street or under a bus a solution to the problem; they are accidents waiting to happen. This matter needs to be addressed immediately so no one is injured and a plan of action put into effect to see that this problem doesn't arise again in the future.

    Bad enough cars drive wrong way on One Way, but they average 30-40MPH to use 2nd St "alley" as a short cut to avoid lights at Broad @ Route 4/32.Need 1 more 10MPH sign at Hudson @ 2nd St,also STOP sign needs to moved closer to street.

    Too often pedestrians are walking across street not using the traffic lights or crosswalks. to get to one of the two local diners. I have seen too many close calls.. I am troubled by this, because it is a main truck route , Someone is going to get severely injured or killed. probably right in front of the police station and it will be blamed on the unsuspecting driver.

    1/2 of the block is a snow bank. visability problems.plows only do the road, plows never come close to the sidewalks,hasnt had a street sign in over a year...waterford should tow any cars that do not move when plows are coming...seems like the cars dont move for the plows??

    this normal 2 lane road is reduced to barely a one lane due to mounds of snow and cars on both sides of the road. the road was flagged for snow emergency meaning no parking and there is still cars on both sides of street.
