Street signs on ground.

Sidewalk impassable due to poor drainage. All was good until City added new ramps a while back, lowering the grade of both Langdon & Albacore sidewalks. Now both sidewalks and ramp are impassable during and after rains.

This is becoming a weekly occurrence. Need more competent or conscientious drivers.

Heavy trash

Food truck never moves. Has been there for months. Only opens on weekend nights. Not sure of exact address...only block number. West side of the road, just south of Harwin in the lot just south of McDonald's, next to the road.

Graffiti on back side of corner house, so visible from the street. Has been there at least 2 months. This house is used as some type of construction business, so mo one lives there. They just come to load/unload their trucks, but they have to have noticed the graffiti.

This was a water break that was repaired in October or November of 2014. City has still not finished restoration of grass, even though we were told s crew would be out to do so. Eight (8) months is a long enough wait. This is on north side of Neff street, between South Gessner and Augustine.

Has been on this property at least since May 1, 2015. This is a row of townhomes, so not sure who is responsible, but I gave address for end unit.
