Bin of trash has been sitting here for months. Can the city either haul it away or require the homeowner to remove it?

Sidewalk is being covered in dirt and overgrown

At 2:45 today I was driving south on Dixwell when I saw a police car with its lights on pull into a parking lot ahead of me. Then I saw 20-30 ATVs drive north on Dixwell. That cop car already there sat idly by smiling and nodding as these ATVs then turned around and headed south in the northbound lanes, pull down a side street, and then proceed south on Dixwell, weaving through traffic and running red lights. I see and hear ATVs illegally driving on city streets all the time.

The city needs to do something about this other than smile and nod at them as they terrorize drivers

Once again, homeowner at 74 Chester has let thorny bushes completely overgrown the sidewalk.

Very bumpy section of road. Needs lots of potholes patched now and to be repaved soon.

Valet parking for Tre Scalini casuals traffic to back up on Franklin, and cars drive in the wrong lane to get around it.
I just had to stop short to avoid driving head first into a car driving in the wrong lane here.
