    The grass is growing over the sidewalk and the southbound south side of the bridge over the railroad tracks. I don't understand how this portion never gets mowed when every other side of the bridge gets mowed. Somebody is continually not doing their job right.

    The weeds have overgrown the sidewalk on the northbound side of t.c. jester as it goes over the railroad bridge. I had to walk really close to the lane of traffic. Wheel chair definitely couldn't get through at all.

    The sidewalk on the southbound tc jester bridge is overgrown with grass and weeds so much so that is it impassable for disabled persons and very unsafe. It seems like all other sides of the bridge area get mowed or maintained except this stretch.
