    The first maple street tree, closest to 19th on the lake side of Jackson, dropped a huge branch. We have pulled the branch and associated smaller branches into a pile in ivy strip between the sidewalk and street.

    The street and sidewalk are clear; lots of debris to remove. Likely need to be cut up to fit in a truck.

    In the newly resurfaced Jackson street, about 200 feet north of 14th street on the west side of the street, there is a 8 foot long collapse of the street. The collapse runs from the center line of Jackson directly towards the curb. It is about 6 inches deep and perhaps 10" wide. It appears to be over a water or sewer line; but that is an uneducated guess.
